      <image:caption>Chelsea Oarr is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition &amp; Dietetics from UCONN’s Coordinated Dietetics Program. Fast-tracked through a rigorous curriculum combining academic coursework with practical training, Chelsea gained hands-on experience in various supervised practices, equipping her to address a wide range of nutritional needs, from disordered eating to functional nutrition. After completing her education and supervised practice, Chelsea began her career at NYU Langone, where she honed her skills before opening her own practice. Over the past 8+ years, she has successfully guided over hundreds of clients to achieve their health goals through direct, compassionate, and heartfelt care. Specializing in Weight Management, Gut Health, Disordered Eating, CVD Prevention &amp; Heart Health, Fertility &amp; more, Chelsea’s approach is always personalized and evidence-based. As a former athlete who competed in the USRowing National Championships, Chelsea has a deep appreciation for the connection between nutrition and overall performance. She believes that how we look, feel, and perform starts from within, and that with the right knowledge and tools, healthy habits are achievable for everyone. Chelsea’s dedication to her clients is driven by her belief that sustainable health and wellness are within reach for all, and she is committed to providing the support and expertise needed to make that a reality.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>What do sessions with you look like? Initial sessions are typically 60-90minutes (depending on how much we need to chat). During our initial session we will discuss your past medical history, relationship with food, overall goals &amp; review pertinent information based on what brings you in. We collaborate and create a individualized plan of care including manageable goals, recipes, etc. Always feel free to ask your dietitian questions or let them know about any concerns that you have during your appointment.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Can we meet virtually? Yes! All sessions are currently virtual using a HIPPA compliant Telehealth platform. How often will we meet? You should expect to have a follow-up appointment. Diet and lifestyle changes are a gradual process and learning new information and skills can take time. A follow-up appointment is generally shorter than your initial session, and costs less than an initial appointment. We can decide on the number of appointments that you need and when they should be. Follow up sessions are typically 30-45 minutes. This is when we discuss how goals from our previous session went, discuss any successes and barriers you faced, potentially discuss new nutrition topics, and set new goals for going forward.</image:caption>
